The Assurance Package
Strengthen The Practices Behind Consistent, High-Quality Operations.
Strong organizations can have established operations and still struggle to maintain consistent quality, meet established expectations, and continuously improve.

Starting at $30,000
Assurance is a defined operational transformation designed to strengthen how your organization establishes, monitors, maintains, and continuously improves operational quality.
We review your quality expectations, quality monitoring practices, requirements management, corrective action practices, and approach to continuous improvement, identify where gaps or inconsistencies affect operational quality, and implement the improvements that matter most.
Every Assurance engagement is scoped individually. Investment is based on the breadth of the operational environment, quality and requirements complexity, documentation and evidence review needs, corrective action and improvement requirements, stakeholder involvement, and the level of client involvement required.
When Your Operations Need Greater Assurance
when:
Quality expectations exist but are not clearly defined, consistently understood, or applied across relevant operational activities.
Quality is evaluated inconsistently or primarily when a concern, review, audit, or other external requirement creates urgency.
Leadership has limited visibility into whether established quality expectations are being consistently maintained.
Applicable organizational, regulatory, contractual, accreditation, or other requirements are difficult to track, monitor, or document.
Responsibility for monitoring quality or addressing applicable requirements is unclear or inconsistently managed.
Quality concerns or recurring operational gaps are identified, but corrective actions and their effectiveness are not consistently documented, followed through, or evaluated.
Similar quality concerns continue to reappear despite previous attempts to address them.
Improvement efforts are primarily reactive rather than part of a structured, ongoing practice.
Maintaining quality depends heavily on individual effort, periodic attention, or preparation for an external review.
The organization wants greater confidence that its operational quality can be consistently maintained and strengthened over time.
You do not need to wait for execution challenges to become larger organizational problems.
Momentum can also help organizations proactively strengthen execution practices as priorities, responsibilities, and operational complexity grow.
The Foundation Transformation
The Journey
Priorities → Readiness → Coordination → Visibility → Adjustment
What We Strengthen
-
Translate organizational priorities into clear execution requirements so teams understand what needs to move forward, how work should progress, and what successful execution requires. Momentum may address priorities that have not been fully operationalized, unclear execution expectations, sequencing challenges, or gaps between organizational direction and actionable work.
Includes
Priority translation
Execution planning
Execution expectations
Intended outcomes
Timing and sequencing
Execution dependencies
Identification of execution alignment gaps
-
Strengthen the conditions required to move priorities forward by clarifying execution ownership and aligning responsibilities with available organizational capacity, capabilities, and resources. Momentum may address unclear execution responsibility, capacity constraints, capability gaps, or resource conditions that create barriers to progress.
Includes
Execution ownership
Roles and responsibilities
Accountability expectations
Resource availability
Capacity alignment
Capability readiness
Tools and technology readiness
-
Strengthen how interconnected work is coordinated and managed as priorities move through execution. Momentum may address unclear dependencies, inconsistent coordination practices, execution bottlenecks, competing timelines, or limited visibility into conditions affecting progress.
Includes
Execution coordination
Execution timing
Dependency management
Cross-functional coordination
Progress monitoring
Barrier identification
Escalation pathways
Identification of execution coordination gaps
-
Strengthen how execution progress and operational performance are measured, monitored, and communicated across the organization. Momentum may address limited performance visibility, inconsistent monitoring practices, unclear measures, or reporting that does not provide the information leaders and teams need to understand progress and areas requiring attention.
Includes
Performance measures
Execution progress measures
Performance monitoring
Reporting structures
Reporting practices
Performance visibility
Progress and barrier reporting
Identification of performance visibility gaps
-
Strengthen how performance information is interpreted and used to support execution decisions and operational adjustments. Momentum may address information that is available but difficult to interpret, limited visibility into performance trends, delayed recognition of execution concerns, or inconsistent use of operational information to guide action.
Includes
Performance analysis
Trend identification
Execution barrier analysis
Operational insight development
Performance interpretation
Decision support
Execution adjustment practices
Identification of emerging performance concerns
What’s Included
-
Strengthen how responsibility, ownership, and decision making are organized across the organization. Foundation may address structural gaps, unclear responsibilities, overlapping ownership, and decision authority that create operational friction.
Includes
Organizational structure
Roles and responsibilities
Ownership and accountability
Decision authority
Cross functional alignment
Identification of operational ownership gaps
-
Strengthen the organization's ability to align execution requirements with available capacity, capabilities, resources, tools, and support. Priorities are considered alongside what the organization realistically needs to execute them effectively.
-
Strengthen how interconnected work is coordinated across teams, functions, responsibilities, timelines, and dependencies. Greater coordination helps reduce execution gaps and creates clearer visibility into how work moves across the organization.
-
Strengthen the organization's ability to see and understand execution progress, operational performance, barriers, and areas requiring attention. Meaningful measures and monitoring practices create greater visibility into what is moving, what may be affecting progress, and where attention may be needed.
-
Strengthen how leaders and teams use operational information to support decisions and execution adjustments. Greater access to meaningful performance insights helps the organization identify changing conditions, respond to emerging concerns, and make more informed decisions about how work moves forward.
What Momentum Does Not Include
Momentum is scoped around the organization's approved execution priorities and transformation needs. Discovery and ongoing analysis may identify additional opportunities, barriers, or operational needs, but identifying a need does not automatically add it to the engagement.
Ongoing Operational Support
Momentum does not include ongoing operational staffing, day-to-day administration, permanent execution ownership, or continued operational management after the defined transformation is complete.
Unrelated Projects & Initiatives
Work outside the approved Momentum transformation is not automatically included. New priorities, projects, initiatives, departments, or organizational functions may require separate scope, another engagement, or Strategic Partnership support.
Foundational Infrastructure Redesign
Momentum may identify foundational conditions affecting execution, but comprehensive redesign of governance, organizational structures, policies, processes, documentation systems, or other foundational infrastructure is outside the core Momentum scope.
Ongoing Execution & Project Management
Momentum includes implementation and stabilization of approved execution practices, but does not assume ongoing responsibility for managing or delivering the organization's projects, programs, events, initiatives, or operational priorities.
HR, Strategic & Specialized Services
Momentum does not include HR functions, staffing or recruiting, compensation, broad strategic planning, business development, specialized training programs, legal or regulatory advice, or other services outside the defined operational transformation.
What Changes
Priorities become actionableOrganizational priorities are translated into clear execution expectations, responsibilities, timing, and intended outcomes.
01
Ownership and readiness become clearerTeams have greater clarity around execution responsibility, while resource and capacity requirements are more intentionally aligned with the work that needs to move forward.
02
Execution becomes coordinatedDependencies, interconnected responsibilities, timing, and barriers are managed with greater visibility and coordination across the organization.
03
Performance becomes visibleMeaningful measures, monitoring practices, and reporting provide clearer insight into execution progress, operational performance, and areas requiring attention.
04
Information becomes actionablePerformance information is more consistently interpreted and used to identify trends, surface concerns, support decisions, and guide operational adjustments.

Measuring Operational Value
A Defined Transformation
Emerging Organizations
Coordinated execution and meaningful performance insight should not have to wait until your organization reaches scale.
Organizations in earlier stages of development may qualify for a specialized Momentum investment structure designed around their current execution environment and transformation needs.
Emerging Momentum uses the same EXECUTE + ANALYZE methodology as the standard Momentum engagement, but is right sized for organizations with a narrower set of priorities, less complex execution requirements, or more focused performance visibility needs.
Eligibility is based on:
Organizational stage and operational development
Number and breadth of priorities
Execution complexity
Resource and coordination requirements
Performance measurement and reporting needs
Implementation requirements
Client readiness and availability
Capacity required to achieve the defined transformation
Organizational size, revenue, or headcount alone do not determine eligibility. Small does not always mean simple.
Investment is determined during the discovery and scoping process based on the organization’s operational development, transformation needs, and engagement complexity.
If an organization’s needs exceed the capacity or complexity appropriate for an Emerging engagement, the transformation may be structured as a standard Momentum engagement or separated into appropriately scoped engagements.
