When Signature Solutions fits
When one fix won’t solve the problem.
Your team keeps running into the same barriers. Making progress means addressing the connected issues behind them.
- You fix one issue, but the work still gets stuck.
A clearer process won’t solve unclear ownership, missing information, or delayed decisions on its own.
- You know what needs to change, but daily work keeps taking priority.
The improvements need dedicated planning, coordination, and implementation support.
- You need the change to work after the engagement ends.
Your team needs usable processes, clear responsibilities, and a practical handoff.
How the investment works
Your proposal confirms the total engagement investment and payment schedule.
| Deposit · credited toward month one | $2,500 |
|---|---|
| Remaining month one balance | $2,500 |
| Months two through four | $5,000 per month |
| Total engagement investment | $20,000 |
Deposit = 50% of the first month’s payment.
The deposit counts toward your total investment. This example illustrates one payment schedule. Your proposal confirms your engagement timeline, actual amounts, and due dates.
A few practical questions
What does the investment include?
Your proposal defines the outcomes, deliverables, implementation support, and handoff included in your engagement. The investment covers that agreed work; the starting amount is the engagement investment.
What determines the final price?
The scope, complexity, deliverables, coordination, and implementation responsibilities inform the final investment. We confirm these with you before work begins.
What will you need from our team?
A designated contact, access to relevant information and systems, and participation from the people involved in the work. Your proposal identifies the inputs, reviews, and approvals needed to support progress.
What if the scope or timeline changes?
We review the effect on the agreed work, responsibilities, timing, and investment with you. Additional work is scoped and priced for approval before it begins. Any resulting changes follow your signed agreement.
What happens at handoff?
We review the completed work with your designated owners, transfer the agreed resources, and clarify responsibilities and next steps. Any continued support is confirmed separately.
